Our CareerPortal enables our coaching clients to access resources specific to their coaching engagement as well as tap into additional resources as needed.  We consider it our dashboard for leadership development.  This portal is designed for three levels of access by the individual being coached, their immediate manager and HR.  This allows common documents to be shared and enables each party to understand their role and execute their activities in the process.

In areas that are out of our extensive office reach, we team a consultant with our on-line systems and virtual meeting technologies to deliver superior remote programs.   We have found it easy to conduct virtual meetings with remote sales staff or employees in regional offices that would otherwise have to travel long distances for development.  The coach is still the primary resource in delivery of our service with technology servicing as support throughout the process.
