In areas that are remote from one of our many worldwide locations, we use online systems and virtual meeting technologies to allow our coaches to connect with program participants and deliver superior coaching and support.

Our change management programs have proven to be particularly effective in equipping executives, management teams and employees with the skills needed to address change issues resulting from mergers, acquisitions, staff reductions and other major business realignments.

Our Coaches

Our coaches are the “secret ingredient” that differentiates Kensington International’s career transition services from those provided by other companies.  Our coaches have a great blend of professional coaching expertise and personal experience that includes demonstrated success in traditional business roles. This blend insures that they are fully knowledgeable of current business trends and practices, along with proven success in guiding others through career growth, change and transition.

Our typical coach has been with us for more than five years. Every coach is held accountable for customizing our approach to ensure the highest level of program quality in every unique situation. All of our coaches go through a rigorous certification process that includes mentoring and testing.

We’re not afraid to measure our results. Our coaches consistently receive exceptional ratings on participant quality surveys. This review process is important to us and includes not only end-of-program surveys, but also mid-point surveys that ensure that we are able to address issues early. This approach helps us generate results that have an average rating of “Exceeds Expectations” or higher.

Supporting Technology

Our technology capabilities fully support the work of our coaches and link clients, coaches and candidates at each step in the planning and delivery process. We offer both clients and candidates online access to our proprietary and web-based systems that enable the highest levels of process control, program management, e-learning, research and reporting. Our three primary tools – CandTrak™, Online Career Portal, and Web enabled training and coaching – support each element of Kensington’s high touch, value-added approach to outplacement.
