Executive programs are for top corporate leaders, officers and executives, typically at the Vice President level and above. Each assignment is unique.  Our coaches that work at this level  have significant consulting experience combined with an executive management background.

Working one-to-one, we help executives think creatively about their career options and develop the tools and approaches necessary to successfully re-engage.  This may include a traditional job search, or may involve buying a company, tapping into private equity markets, starting-up a new enterprise or making a career/life change.  Executive programs include  private, executive-appointed offices, state-of-the-art technology, and efficient administrative assistance.

• Senior Executive Unlimited  – a full service outplacement program until re-employed
• Executive Twelve Month  –  a full service outplacement program for up to twelve months.
