Group workshops teach employees critical job search methodologies for successful re-employment. Workshops are customized to the special interests of the group. They address job search preparation, career decision making, resume writing, sales and marketing techniques, and interviewing skills. These workshops can be combined with additional ongoing support services.

Group programs can also be designed for employees who have been notified of their employment ending date and are asked to remain with the organization for a specified period of time. Career transition workshops are combined with selected levels of individual counseling and delivered while employees remain at work. Subsequent to their final day of work, employees are engaged in outplacement at selected levels.
