Experience
After almost two decades of performing successful searches, Kensington International can say with confidence that we know how to plan search strategy and methodically execute those plans.
Milestones
With a commitment to completing our search work in under 100 days, we have established critical milestones at 30 days, 45 days and 50 days that enable us to gauge the effectiveness of our strategy, modify directions as required, and have our clients interviewing in a timely manner.
Direct Research
Direct research into a list of jointly developed markets and companies is the lynchpin in our process. We consider this the most critical element/phase of our search process and these efforts result in the identification of roughly 70% of our final candidates.
Assessment/Referencing/Negotiations
Candidates can be assessed through Kensington International’s use of the Leadership Effectiveness Analysis (LEA™). The LEA™ looks at six primary leadership characteristics against a Role Expectations Questionnaire completed by key stakeholders. As you settle in on the preferred candidate, we conduct extensive references to further solidify our thinking and measure and validate competencies, strengths and development areas, and to provide you with external views on the candidate. We will participate in various levels of negotiations as we move to closure.
On-Boarding/Integration
At the end of our assignment and when requested, we can use assessment results with both the client and candidate to help with On-Boarding as required.
