Leadership Assessment That Compliments Demonstrated Technical Skills

The Assessment Tool
Final candidate panels are assessed through a leadership profile developed by a strategic partner with Kensington International – The Management Research Group (MRG). Using MRG’s Leadership Effectiveness Analysis, (LEA™), we identify 22 priority leadership behaviors within the candidate that are critical to achieving strategic results and compare each of these stated behaviors to a normative database of over 25,000 leaders. Results are accurate and easy to understand/evaluate.
The Assessment Process
Candidates access the LEA™ through the Internet. Candidates answer assessment questions online and a leadership profile is created, outlining the candidate's leadership behaviors. Results allow the interview panel to round out thoughts and comfort level on candidates, point out areas to explore in follow-on interviews and provide the foundation for development plans as the selected candidate enters the organization.
The LEA™ process utilizes a research-based assessment system that evaluates candidates "up front" around 22 key managerial and leadership behaviors, grouped under six core leadership competencies. These competencies can clearly demonstrate how effective the candidates are at moving his or her organization forward. The core competencies and related behaviors are:
